These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mic To Speaker application ("the App") published by Bulpara Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Mic To Speaker is an iOS application that turns your iPhone into a real-time wireless microphone. The App captures audio from your device's microphone and routes it to a connected speaker (Bluetooth, AirPlay, or wired) with ultra-low latency. Features include gain control, noise reduction, automatic feedback suppression, multiple latency modes, and session history tracking.

2. Important Limitations

The App is a digital audio routing tool for general use. You understand and agree that:

• Audio quality and latency depend on your output device, connection type, and environment.
• Bluetooth latency varies by device and codec — the App optimizes where possible but cannot guarantee specific latency on all hardware.
• The App is not a replacement for professional PA systems, hearing aids, or medical audio devices.
• Feedback suppression reduces but may not fully eliminate audio feedback in all configurations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App to record or amplify conversations without the consent of all parties
• Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or privacy regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or free tier limitations

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: Available at no cost with 10-minute sessions, basic gain control, and all output devices.
• Premium Monthly: $2.99/month for unlimited sessions, ultra-low latency, noise reduction, feedback shield, and no ads.
• Premium Annual: $19.99/year (save 44%) with a 7-day free trial.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Microphone & Audio

The App requires microphone access to function. All audio is processed in real-time on your device and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted. Session metadata (date, duration, output device) is stored locally for your reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Bulpara Inc and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Audio quality issues, latency, or feedback in specific configurations
• Hearing damage from improper volume settings
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Device battery or storage impact from app usage

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
